AOA~Kellogg Leadership Series

The AOA~Kellogg Leadership Series is widely attended by Department Chairs and Program Directors.  Of the Department Chairs and Program Directors who have attended the Series, 85 percent have attended two or more courses. These orthopaedic leaders require the kind of training that only a top-ranked business school can offer. The Series is designed to empower and amplify the leadership and executive management skills of these academic leaders by providing the tools and resources needed to lead both individuals and organizations more effectively. Series participants exchange and examine knowledge and experiences, applying lessons learned to their personal, professional and civic endeavors in a fast paced, weekend learning event for busy orthopaedic leaders looking to maximize critical skills needed outside of the practice setting. In 2007 the Series is expanding from three modules to six with the new modules focusing on executive management skill development.  Click here to learn more about the AOA~Kellogg Leadership Series.
