For me, an important positive trait for a
good and effective leader is self-reflection. This can allow
for personal growth, which, in my opinion, enhances
self-confidence. Confidence in yourself can provide mentorship
to others, inspiring others by motivation, and leading others to
new perspectives - all important qualities for an effective
leader. The AOA has helped me realize these important
qualities of leadership.
