The AOA Executive Committee is responsible for oversight of AOA
policies, which have been developed and updated in compliance with
legal requirements and best practices for not-for-profit
organizations. These policies include a code of ethics, disclosure
and conflicts managment, membership, contract and financial
management, audit and reimbursement policies, among others.
