The electronic Preliminary Program will be available starting in late January 2012. As information becomes available, related web pages will be updated.

Early registration closes on Friday, May 18. After this date, registration fees increase:

• Active, Affiliate and Associate AOA members (prior to May 18, registration fee is included with member dues; after May 18 a registration fee applies)
• Corresponding and Honorary members
• Senior Active Members
• Senior Members
• Emeritus
• Emerging Leaders
• Resident Leadership Forum participants
• Non-member physician guests (requires invitation from current AOA member)

Please note: The 2012 Effective Orthopaedic Educators Forum has been canceled.
