Sponsorship Levels & Benefits

All corporate supporters will be named on the AOA website, in the AOA News, and at the Annual Meeting. Recognition at the Annual Meeting includes:

  • Name listing in the printed program (if donation is received by May 10, 2013).
  • Name on a poster at the Opening Ceremony (if donation is received by May 24, 2013).
  • Name on a poster at the Welcome Reception.
  • Name acknowledgement at the specific event or program sponsored by the corporate donor.

Sponsors supporting AOA programs at a minimum of $40,000 (Silver Partner) will be invited to attend the Annual Meeting, President's Dinner, and one select AOA conference actvity (such as ELF, RLF, CORD, or Own the Bone Corporate Update).

Bronze Partner (up to $39,999)

  • Named as a sponsor on the AOA website.
  • Named as a sponsor in AOA News.
  • Named as a sponsor at the AOA Annual Meeting.

Silver Partner ($40,000-$79,999) includes all of the above plus:

  • One representative invited to attend the AOA Annual Meeting.
  • One invitation to the President's dinner (includes national/international Orthopaedic leadership).
  • One representative invited to attend select AOA Program Regional Conferences (ie Own the Bone, Resident Leadership Forum, etc).
  • Recognition as a sponsor on slides during Annual Meeting, and between Symposia, to include company name and logo.

Gold Partner ($80,000-$119,999)includes all of the above plus:

  • Two representatives invited to attend the AOA Annual Meeting. 
  • Two invitation to President's dinner (includes national and international Orthopaedic leadership)
  • Two representatives invited to attend select AOA Program Regional Conferences (ie Own the Bone, Resident Leadership Forum, etc).
  • Invitation to attend the March 2014 AOA Corporate Advisory Roundtable.
  • Recognition as a sponsor on the AOA website to include company name, logo and link to company homepage.

*Platinum Partner ($120,000+)includes all of the above plus:

  • Three representatives invited to attend the AOA Annual Meeting.
  • Three invitations to President's dinner (includes national and international Orthopaedic leadership).
  • Three representatives invited to attend select AOA Program Regional Conferences (ie Own the Bone, Resident Leadership Forum, etc).
  • Verbal thank you recognition as a sponsor from podium during AOA Annual Meeting.
  • Corporate name and logo to be included in marketing materials (ie Full page ad in AOA Annual Meeting program)

*For each $40,000 donation, one corporate representative is invited to attend the AOA Annual Meeting, the President's Dinner, and one select program activity.
