Post-RLF Information

Plaques
ACGME accredited institutions who participate in the Resident Leadership Forum (RLF) by nominating and sending up to two PGY4 residents are recognized with a plaque to display nameplates created for each attendee, gifted by the American Orthopaedic Association.

Requesting New Plaques
First time participating institutions or institutions who have misplaced their plaque will need to request a plaque from the American Orthopaedic Association. Please
e-mail ylc@aoassn.org with "new plaque" in subject line. Please Note: if your institution has misplaced your plaque, it will be responsible for the plaque fee.

Nameplates
Each year, if an institution sends a PGY4 to the RLF, a nameplate is created for that attendee, and is to be displayed on the plaque. These nameplates acknowledge the RLF attendee for their participation at the Forum and leadership within their program. Residency Coordinators will receive the nameplate(s) in the mail, typically one month after the Resident Leadership Forum.

Missing Nameplates
If you are missing nameplates for any of your past attendees, please e-mail ylc@aoassn.org with "missing nameplate" in subject line.
