AOA~KELLOGG LEADERSHIP SERIES
PROGRAM
The AOA and Northwestern
University's Kellogg School of Management recently launched
the AOA~Kellogg Leadership Series. The
three-module series was developed to help orthopedists think
and act productively inside and outside the practice setting
and to give participants an opportunity to learn about
leadership as it relates to business issues, community
involvement, advisory appointments and governance
affairs.
The course does not focus on
orthopaedics, but rather on leadership as a whole. Curriculum
is based on current events and problematic issues facing
today's leaders - lessons learned can easily be applied to
your practice or program. Regardless of career status,
the high-level programs are designed to be useful for all
orthopedists.
The course has proven to be a great
success with nine out of 10 Module One attendees saying the
course filled a great need in orthopaedic education, and look
forward to attending future modules.
Registration for Module
One, to be held November 12 - 14, 2004, is
now open. Register today for the AOA~Kellogg Leadership
Series via the AOA Web site at www.aoassn.org. For additional information, please contact
