The AOA's Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) delivers a continuum of
learning for developing orthopaedic leaders in their 5th year of
residency up through their 8th year of clinical practice.
The essential skills garnered and relationships built within the
ELP, provide a strong foundation for leadership development and
success, furthering one's ability to give back to the specialty and
society.
The ELP provides:
Identification for participation in the ELP is a mark of
prestige. Those who join the ELP are among a highly select group of
orthopaedists who are poised to impact the specialty now and in the
future.
