OIOM Reports

The Orthopaedic Institute of Medicine's objective is to provide focused, in-depth, unbiased education, information, and recommendations on issues critical to the profession of orthopaedics and the care of patients with musculoskeletal disease or injury that also impact other disciplines/specialties and/or health care providers.

The OIOM has completed two studies and issued two reports:

1. Report on Emergency Department Call Coverage (2008)

2. Surgeon-Industry Relationships in the Discipline of Orthopaedic Surgery (2012)
