The AOA Annual Leadership Meetings aspire to bring symposia that provoke bold conversation on pressing critical issues to all in the orthopaedic space. Open to all orthopaedic surgeons, we strive to bring superb content of the highest caliber and engagement.

We are thrilled to return to an in person format to deliver our various forums to surgeons of all subspecialties, practice settings, and career stages.  The AOA Annual Leadership Meeting is designed to equip attendees with knowledge and skills necessary to lead effectively in the ever-changing landscape of the health care environment. The AOA focuses on leadership development, academic education, and critical issues associated with the specialty.
