2020 Annual Leadership Meeting Cancellation Policy

All registrants’ records have been rolled over to registration for the associated virtual and/or postponed in person events. All paid overages and cancelled events will be refunded. 

All hotel reservations made under the AOA block at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront will be automatically cancelled by mid-May. Guests will receive a confirmation email once it has been cancelled.  All expenses in regards to flights or other expenses made in advance, will not be refunded by the association. 

Virtual Meeting Cancellation Policy:

Registrations made before April 28 will be able to cancel and receive a full refund of registration fees up to 24 hours before the start date of the event. All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to meetings@aoassn.org. Registrations after April 28 will not receive a refund but will be granted access to all session recordings.
