2019 Spring CORD Conference Registration

CORD Affiliates receive discounted rates; however, membership in the CORD program is not required for registration. If your program is not already a member of CORD and you're interested in learning more, please see CORD membership information or contact cord@aoassn.org.

Registration Fees

Early Bird registration fees are available through January 18, 2019. Regular registration fees apply on and after January 19, 2019. Conference attendees who are not able to register beforehand will be able to register on-site at the Conference registration/check-in table.

Credit card payments are preferred. The AOA/CORD accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. To pay by credit card, select the Register Now button and login with your AOA/CORD username and password or create an account.

If paying by check, checks must be mailed by February 15, 2019, and a completed registration form must accompany the check. Make checks payable to "The American Orthopaedic Association" and mail to:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing. This policy applies to all forms of payment.
  • Cancellations received by February 1, 2019 will be assessed a cancellation fee of $50 per participant.
  • Cancellations received between February 2, 2019 and February 22, 2019 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations received after February 22, 2019 will not receive a refund.
NOTE: Attendees who do not cancel in writing and do not attend the Conference will be responsible for payment.

Registration Substitutions

Registered attendees may transfer their registration to another attendee within their institution.
