Overview of “Building Trust-Based Relationships”

Orthopaedic surgeons reflect on the importance of trust-based relationships with their colleagues, staff, and patients. They assess the elements of the trust-equation and identify opportunities for themselves to strengthen trust with others. An increase in trust levels can not only reduce workplace inefficiencies but can lead to better outcomes with patients that trust their provider more.
