Cancellation Policy for all Live Events (Non-APEX): All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing. This policy applies to all forms of payment.

1) All cancellations received six weeks in advance of the event will be assessed a cancellation fee of $50 per participant.

2) Cancellations received between three to six weeks in advance of the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

3) Cancellations received within 20 days or less of the event will not receive a refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for AOA|USC APEX Leadership Certificate Program: All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. This policy applies to all forms of payment. For each registration received, there is a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. All cancellation requests received on or before November 20 will receive a full-tuition refund, less the $1,000 non-refundable deposit. All cancellation requests received on or after November 21 and on or before December 11 will receive a 50% tuition refund less the $1,000 non-refundable deposit. All cancellation requests received on or after December 12 will not be eligible to receive a tuition refund.

AOA Cancellation/Refund Policies for Webinars: Cancellations received within seven (7) days or less of the webinar are not eligible for a refund. A login link will be e-mailed to registrants one week prior and one day prior to the event. If you do not receive this e-mail with the event link and log in information, please contact the AOA at (847) 318-7330 or e-mail (info@aoassn.org). You will need access to a computer and a phone line to participate in this event. All webinars are recorded and will be available following on the AOA’s Recorded Webinars Catalog for viewing within two weeks of the live event.

For Free Webinars: Cancellation is not required; if unable to attend the live event, registrants will receive a recording following the program.
