• Eligibility for Expedited Pathway to AOA Membership: For Emerging Leaders who have 4 years in clinical practice by December 31 of the nomination year, eligibility to apply for AOA membership after 4 years of consecutive Emerging Leader membership and two years of the AOA Emerging Leaders Forum and/or Annual Leadership Meeting participation during that 4-year period.
  • For those Emerging Leaders who are eligible for the AOA Expedited Pathway to membership, self-nomination is encouraged and a request for assistance to identify nominators can be made.
